The above final tie will take place on Easter Sunday 4th April 2010 - Heswall Football Club, Kick off will be 2.00pm.
The following arrangements will apply:

Prenton Park FC will use the home team changing room and The Saughall the away team changing room. | |

Admission to the ground will be £2.00 and £1.00(children/senior citizens). Tickets are issued to each club for players/officials ONLY. Please ensure that all personnel in your party are aware of the admission charge. Any person not in possession of a ticket will be required to pay as shown irrespective of their status. | |

Both clubs are required to submit to the Association Secretary a list of players from which the team will be selected from (NO MORE THAN 16 NAMES), in addition, choice of colours as well as team personnel, i.e. manager, physio, trainer and club captain no later than 28th March 2010 for the match programme. | |

Both clubs are required to submit a team sheet together with their league registration cards for the players participating in the tie 20 minutes before KO time to the Competition Secretary or his representative. | |

Both clubs are required to submit a team sheet for the players participating in the tie to the opposition team manager or his representative 20 minutes before KO time. | |
|
Player qualification for this game is: Must have played 28 clear days prior to 4th April 2010 | |

Both teams will take to the field at the same time and will be lead out by the match officials. | |
|
If the score is level at the end of 90 minutes extra time of 15 minutes each way will be played - if the score is level at the end of extra time the winner shall be determined by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with the procedure adopted by the International Football Association Board. | |

At the conclusion of the game the captain of the runner-up team will lead his players forward for the presentation of their mementos. | |

The match referee and two assistants will then come forward to receive their mementos. | |

The winning captain will lead his team to receive the Wirral District FA Sunday Amateur Cup from a representative of the Houlihan Family, sponsor of the Competition |
Any player dismissed from the field of play WILL NOT RECEIVE HIS MEMENTO ON THE DAY, AND WILL NOT SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVE IT IF FOUND GUILTY OF THE DISMISSAL OFFENCE AT A DISCIPLINE COMMISSION OF CHESHIRE COUNTY F.A.
No alcohol will be allowed in the ground, please advise your supporters.
