Saturday Junior Cup – Final Tie

(Sponsored by Colheart Premier Stores)

Bird  3  v  6  McGinty's

Referee: Mr D Richardson     Assistant Referees: Mr R Buck & Mr P Dempsey

The above final tie will take place on Good Friday 22nd April 2011 - Heswall Football Club, Kick off will be 11.00am.

The following arrangements will apply:

Bird will use the home team changing room and McGinty's the away team changing room.

Each Club is issued with 20 tickets for the players and club staff. If you do not circulate the tickets before you arrive at the venue you, (or a club representative) will need to be in attendance at the gate and give them out as your players arrive. Players will not be allowed in without a ticket should they arrive before you. Please ensure they are aware.

Please note the tickets are not for spectators or other supporters and will not be accepted for entry at the gate. To avoid any confrontation please advise you supporters of the £2.00 entry fee. (£1.00 Senior Citizens / Children) Any person not in possession of a ticket will be required to pay as shown irrespective of their status.

Both clubs are required to submit to the Association Secretary a list of players from which the team will be selected from (NO MORE THAN 16 NAMES), in addition, choice of colours as well as team personnel, i.e. manager, physio, trainer and club captain no later than 15th April 2011 for the match programme.

Both clubs are required to submit a team sheet for the players participating in the tie 20 minutes before KO time to the Competition Secretary or his representative.

Both clubs are required to submit a team sheet for the players participating in the tie to the opposition team manager or his representative 20 minutes before KO time.

Player qualification for this game is: Must have been eligible to play in the Semi Final Tie.

Both teams will take to the field at the same time and will be lead out by the match officials.

If the score is level at the end of  90 minutes extra time of 15 minutes each way will be played  - if the score is level at the end of extra time the winner shall be determined by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with the procedure adopted by the International Football Association Board.

At the conclusion of the game the captain of the runner-up team will lead his players forward for the presentation of their mementos.

The match referee and two assistants will then come forward to receive their mementos.

The winning captain will lead his team to receive the Wirral District FA Saturday Junior Cup from a representative of Colheart Premier Stores, sponsor of the Competition

Any player dismissed from the field of play WILL NOT RECEIVE HIS MEMENTO ON THE DAY, AND WILL NOT SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVE IT IF FOUND GUILTY OF THE DISMISSAL OFFENCE AT A DISCIPLINE COMMISSION OF CHESHIRE COUNTY F.A.

No alcohol will be allowed in the ground, please advise your supporters.
